Once under contract, the purchase/sale process usually ranges between 2 and 4 weeks.
You have a real estate professional (me) guiding you every step of the way during your property purchase/sale. This includes all sorts of prep work like market research, and the filling out and reviewing of legal documents, providing vendor resources, trusted lenders, title companies, etc.
If you’re a buyer, my services are free to you.
If you’re a seller, commission is negotiable. This will be decided once we’ve had a conversation together.
